had a hard time with this one emotionally and kind of ethically. I bought it with the intention of restoring the wood. It was painted very poorly a flat cheap white paint and the original pulls were missing. After I got more and more of the paint off the more I found that it just wasn’t going to be able to be fininshed without some serious skills, time and money. So I painted in the best enamel paint for longevity, in a time period neutral, found some mid century pulls to compliment and fixed all her problems so she is ready to see another 60 years. Now in the shop $475
